  • Gartner Reasearch & Advisory Sales Associates

    • Sales Associate

      • Responsible for obtaining new clients

      • Content is less specialized

    • Service Associate

      • Responsible for retaining existing clients

      • Content is for a more advanced audience

  • Admin application for dynamically creating PNs (existing Gartner product). PNs are used by sales and service associates to as a product to sell and help obtain and retain clients.

    • Maintain consistiency across products

    • Allow admins to create PNs without needing 
 development resources to custom build .csv files

    • Automate as much as possible to limit the need to 
 manually update small future tweaks

    • Two different admin types: Sales & Service

    • Needs to accomodate (initially) 8 different layouts 
 and 44 roles, all which have varying combinations

    • “No time to do research”

    • This app will only be used by 3 people (admins), 
 so no need to spend a ton of time, but it still 
 needs to make sense
